Irrigation
Rainmaker irrigation systems are designed to be efficient, durable and user-friendly both to
operate and maintain. Our knowledgeable team will maintain constant communication with you
during the project from start-to-finish. We handle all the behind-the-scenes tasks of obtaining
permits, sub-contracting utility companies for water meters, scheduling plumbing inspections and the
entire myriad of necessary paperwork required. Our experienced irrigation installation crew is always
managed by an on-site foreman. Rainmaker also utilizes specialized machinery and equipment to pull-pipe
in the turf areas to minimize disruption to your lawn. And when necessary, garden areas and planting
beds are hand-dug to reduce damage to any existing plant material. Rainmaker stays current and up-to-date
on the many municipal requirements, water ordinances and restrictions for all areas we service.
As a Rainmaker customer, you will not have to worry about the integrity of the system installed on
your property. Each of our customers receive personalized attention regardless of the size and scope
of your installation.
Contact our office for a free estimate, there is no obligation.
You will meet with a Certified Irrigation Contractor
who will explain in lay terms everything you need to know about irrigation systems.
All of our installations have a Two-Year Installation Warranty against defects in workmanship. As far as our guarantee goes,
if any component of your system should not perform correctly within the warranty period, we will take care of it.
We use only the highest grade parts from manufacturer's you know and trust that carry Five-Year Warrantees.

Our service department is staffed with technicians who are trained specialists in
all areas of irrigation trouble-shooting, solenoid valve locating, rain sensor installation, controller
programming, leak repair and basically finding solutions to every possible sprinkler problem. They are
equipped with fully-stocked vans, hand-held computer devices to access and track each individual client's
work order history, and the most technologically advanced repair tools. We try to help our customers to
come up with a solution that will minimize your expenses. We might give instructions over the phone on
programming your controller and adjusting your heads so that we can avoid sending a service technician for
simple issues. Five days a week,
our office staff is available to you to help you maintain a beautiful yard with a trouble-free irrigation
system, if you see a problem let us know right away. It will save you money and aggravation in the
long-run than if you call in the middle of a drought and we are backed up for a few days.
As an added convenience to our customers, Rainmaker offers an Annual Irrigation Service Agreement
which is designed to keep your system performing at an optimal level. As a preferred customer you will also
receive priority service call scheduling and receive additional benefits which will help protect your landscape
investment.
